  11. Hey Amarachi,
Hope this email finds you well.
My name is Uju, I contacted you on Instagram with the handle @Iamsomadina.
I came across your blog and I was very inspired by the content.
I wanted to know what you went through to get your blog started off.
I would like to start one, however I don’t want to follow the blogspot route.
I was wondering if you could please offer some tips on how you started from layout, to domain name, to design, to payment/fees and content creation as well.
As someone who is an avid dreamer, you are one of the few Nigerians I have come across that has inspired me to be a doer in the travel/adventurer lane.
Fingers crossed I start to travel more this year.

Thanks for responding on Instagram, you didn’t have to, but you did, thank you.
    Uju.

      1. Hi. Can you share details about you started your blog as well. I’m a fellow outdoors enthusiast and photographer from Kenya and would also like to start a blog. I like the way your blog design sits. Thanks

        1. Hi Milind, there are no real details to share about how I started my blog (in terms of actually writing and posting) but if you’re looking to start something, then just go ahead and do it. You would need a (domain) name, website/hosting provider or you can start with a free service too. The rest is just you posting and promoting your work.

If you would like a one-on-one session with me where I put you through the fundamentals of travel blogging and all you need to get started, you may consider this service: https://www.buymeacoffee.com/travelwithapen/extras
